Dometic RM8400 Fridge, switching on and off, it does this regardless of whether it's on gas or mains, unable to turn off on the panel when it is working. My thoughts are the fault lies within the board.
Has anyone come across this problem & how did you overcome it?
Thanks for any help you give.

It might possibly be an iffy joint somewhere on the 12v feed

Last time I had something like that I ended up going to the extreme of putting a temporary relay and buzzer on the 12v feed.. Buzzer would sound if the 12 v failed.. after several days I was about to give up when one evening it fired up !
Eventually found a loose connection in the Sargent unit ( wow ! What a surprise LOL !! )

Just taken a gamble after talking to two on tour, and ordered a new panel, will let you all know if it pays off.

More than a few tears will be shed if it doesn't work.
