does anyone have one of these? if so are they any good?

Can't see the point unless you have a handicap that makes winding it by hand difficult. Just something else to potentially go wrong.

Not got one but I don't like the thought of them as they surely must place a heck of a lot of strain on the side of the van and how they behave if the wind gets up would be interesting to see! If you don't want the awning to wind back in automatically (it has a wind sensor) you have to fix it with ... you've got it ... a weather kit ... aka ... legs!
