Dometic aircon

Does anyone have any experience of getting these serviced? Our motorhome has a B2200 that will be about 11 years old. We only recently bought the van and now realise that it isn't working. I'm guessing it will need a re-gas. I looked on Dometic's site and their service centres are all miles from me in Suffolk.

If it needs coolant, a mobile aircon person should be able to top it up. At least that's how I fixed my car's aircon when it stopped working after a period laid up.
