Hello.

Am back with another question. Our original remote for our Air con died... The p/n was 52025. A local dealer said he had a remote which looked the same but its p/n is 52074. Is there a way to try and pair this remote to the unit?

With the hookup on remove the batteries from the remote press the on button a few times to clear any remaining power put the batteries in hold close to the unit and press the on button on the remote for 60 secs. Works for some but not for others.

Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately it didn't work. I got a new fandangle remote from Dometic but it appears I may need to change the circuit board...

Am trying anything and everything I can before that.

Have you tried here? Mind you, they don't seem to have a lot of stock.
Might be worth contacting Dometic directly, they may carry spares, depends how old the unit is I suppose.
Good luck.

I know this won’t help you until you get a replacement remote but I have 2 remote Heki roof windows and the remotes are extortionate price (over £120!) so I purchased an IR Blaster which allows you to copy each button IR code then use your phone to control the item. I’ve also copied the IR codes for each function of the Dometic air con incase the remote fails.
