Dometic 5380 Fridge

We have a brand new Danbury Avenir and are struggling with the fridge when using gas. It works fine and then randomly stops working, this can be after 10 minutes or 1 day. We’ve checked we’re level and that we have enough gas. It lights fine. The manual is no help at all. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Back to the Dealer I would have thought. Not much use if it keeps switching itself off randomly. you could call Dometic and see if they have a help line. As for getting the van level, the fridge needs to work with the van parked. You cannot run around everytime you stop / park trying to level it up.

As it's been like that since new sounds like an installation fault. Back to the dealer or even Danbury?
