Dome feet required so i can fit s/h dome - any ideas? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I recently bought a s/h dome after seeing it working of course ! I now need to source some feet. I have seen them advertised from around £25 - £50.

the advertised prices seem very high for what look like four bits of plastic OR is there more to them? I understand there is an encapsulated nut that secures the dome to the feet after they have been bonded to the van but it seems a lot of money for what is just a bracket !!!

You can buy sheets of ABS from various sellers on eBay. You will need to fit threaded inserts for the dome bolts.

thanks, I ended up buying them from ebay ! they were a lot of money for what they are but I assume they are made by hand as they don't look machine cut.

fitted the dome earlier this week and its all working great. its a second hand roadpro 40cm dish so should get a decent shot at picking up English speaking channels (news etc is fine) from various channels as we travel.
