I've looked around and can't find how long a dog's rabies jab will last.

The Govt site mentions boosters, but doesn't say when they are needed.

It's only 2 years since our little pal was done, just planning ahead.

Cannot say for UK but Spain has reduced from 2years to every year. They must have a reason for this.

Check your pets documentation.

Our booster was recently carried out (our paperwork said 3 years)

If it lapses (by even a day) you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

Boosters are every 3 years, but it is not a hassle now even if you start again your dog does not need a blood test.

He is crossed with a Saluki. Skinny beast he is, only 13 kgs
