I was looking under my van for something and noticed the rear offside shock looks like it is covered in oil and the slab under it is stained.
Does it look like a blown rear shock absorber? The near side one looks fine

My van passed 2 MOT's with a weepy front shock.
I replaced them both last year. Best to do them in pairs I believe...

Make sure it's under warranty first...depending on age.
My car has a 5 year unlimited mileage factory warranty but things like clutch, brake pads and discs etc only have a one year warranty.

I just had three alloy wheels replaced under warranty due to corrosion.
Couldn't make them see if three had corrosion the fourth wasn't far behind.
Never mind...I still have three years left to get that last wheel.
