Plenty of width restrictions around, but don't think I've routinely seen a length sign like this?

Spotted in Ludlow, Shropshire, at the bottom of a tricky hill going into town.

I know that road well and anything long won't negotiate the tight turns.

It's 'interesting' going along there in a 5.2 metre motorhome 😀

Seen a lot of those abroad, usually because we like to go down the smaller roads via gorges etc.

Think I've seen some similar in Scotland (on narrow, winding highland roads).
The thing to watch out for, here, is the archway in the centre of Ludlow (my SatNav tried to take me through, using Here maps):

Yes, it felt narrow through the bollards in a little car, let alone in the MH! ;)

In fact, I'm not sure it would be possible in the van.

(For the avoidance of doubt, this image is not related to the vehicle length sign in the OP - different location in Ludlow)! :giggle:(y)
