Amps , watts .Dont know what they are .
Solar panels , had one fitted four years ago and it works ,no need to talk about it .
Generators , don't need one , so don't have to talk about them .
Batteries , I assume their was one in the van when I bought it so no need to talk about it .

Amps, watts, solar panels, generators and batteries?

It is why I rarely wear sun glasses... I WANT them to notice my eyes glaze over with disinterest as I stare off into the horizon.

JJ
Ooh.. as a newcomer to motorhoming, looking forward to that.. plus motorbikes and kitcars..!!

Let's cut straight to the chase, never mind that other rubbish. Dogging, what's your favourite breed?

Are they for the ugly ones or the ones not so accommodating ?
No John, @pyro uses wellies with Velcro in them for the uncooperative ones. ;)

Any old port in a storm. The occasional Llama has even caught my eye, basically anything unrelated to me that bleats or barks or can't run fast enough to escape me

I am Welsh, don't you know

I think I get it now...

As well as all the usual amps and gennies etc... Male Funster Motorhomers talk about sheep shagging and dogging...

Quite revealing.

I would probably be the first to agree that I sometimes talk a load of shite.....
No, I think other people said that a long time before you admitted it :)

You do us an injustice, JJ, we talk (constantly) about Transit theft, grey water, toilets, Brexit (well, some do), food, camp sites, destinations, how wrong each other are (present company naturally excluded) and so forth

There's a rich tapestry of opinion interspersed with a smattering of facts and a lot of fishing and wild conjecture. Strangely some of what is discussed even refers to motorhoming

Shagging and dogging are just more interesting

Weight issues. Weight issues are often spoken about here.

How else are we supposed to know how much we have to consume to keep the weight down ?

Pampas grass is another good subject.

Oh, I forgot to say that the new 255w solar panel and the mppt 100/30 regulater, has ran the fridge for about 3 months now!
So far I have only forgotten once to turn it off before dark.
Was thinking about fitting two new leisure battery's,but space
Seems fairly limited in an old s550.
The fridge is a small beko m53,and can take 4 beer bottles
Along with the milk,butter etc.
Hope that's not too far off topic!!
I suppose I should admit that this is one of the first wind up fridges and
If wound up fully it will run for 7 days, and that probably helps with the
Energy consumption of amps or whatever they are called!
And--thats why we do not need a 1000watt generator!
