Just tried to start the fridge & nothing seems to work . The mains light is showing green , the display shows nothing , gas is flashing no gas but supply is good. It is very cold here could that stop it starting ? I am at a loss what to try next

The display controls , which are 12v operation , normally have a feed taken from the leisure battery and there may be a fuse near the positive terminal of the leisure battery that is faulty , or there may be a fuse on the habitation fuse board for the same purpose

You said gas is flashing so there is something on the panel. It’s showing a fault. Have you pressed the 3 buttons together to get the error code?

OK here is an update.
The control panel is dark & the touch sensors dont seem to work , however the fridge will work on gas ,but will not switch to mains or engine . I have followed the threads already on the site , but they dont seem to help in this case.
Any suggestions what to try next ?
SWMBO has vetoed my suggestion of a bigger hammer.
