thinking of buying an annuel pass for me my wife daughters 5 and 2 , i understand that under 3s dont pay but she is 3 nov 9th and were going before then but will she be free a year from the date of purchase, also i am wheelchair bound so would a carer be free

Don't know about the child. Do know 1 carer is free and I THINK 2. You are also entitled to free fast passes.
