shame, when I saw where you lived ( not far from me) I hoped it was around here somewhere!We were in a very modern restaurant (could have been part of a chain) on an industrial estate near Bourges in France a few years ago and everything was cooked on open fires, it was all very tasty apart from the appalling andouille sausage.

Agree about the love affair between cheese and French bread, but it only works with bread in France.
