Digital radio

The digital radio on our Blaupunkt Hannover sat Nat system suddenly stopped working. We are able to use the FM radio but all the presets on the digital radio have gone and it won't search for anything. Everything else on the system is working.
Any advice on how to get it working again would be greatly appreciated.
