I’ve fitted an eberspacher D2l so the cab is warmer.Feeling the cold more now.
Took it in this morning to get the diesel tank dropped to fit the standpipe.
Walked over to the cafe and got a cuppa, then,in comes the garage boss to tell me that they cannot drop it as the hydraulic legs and braces are in the way.
Lucky I’ve got plenty of room to fit a small tank in the second floor it just means topping up now and again.
Wondering if sue will top it up while she’s outside emptying the cassette

Standpipe? Do you mean fuel take off from the main diesel tank to feed your heater? If so lots of people seem to have done it from the top, via drilling a hole into the flange for the sender unit? I think you might find it on YouTube aswell?

If you mean something else, then I am a numpty, but at least you got a bump to the top of the forum page lol!

It’s an a class and there’s no access to it other than cutting a hole in the floor, they call the pick up pipe a standpipe
