I just passed a garage in Whitchurch with diesel at £1.42. That’s a huge 20p less than my local garages.

If you come out of Quackers it is 1.53 at the Gulf station which is significantly cheaper than the 1.63 around home

The pricing is correct. A number of tourists were queuing up for fuel including our friends from Brum.

As for the price of beer, now that is another matter. A pint of Madri in the Wiseman’s Bridge Inn is now £5.60! Grrrr!

It was £1.429 at Sandbank near Dunoon on Saturday, 2p cheaper than petrol. This garage is always cheap.
