cheers m'dear, yes it would be tragic if someone who popped in for a wander around canterbury from the aire there en route for their winter sun in spain or wherever missed out if they happened to buy a ticket whilst there, you never know..

Off on a tangent here, am I right in thinking the Canterbury P&R closes at 8.30pm all year round right? At what time can you get out to head for the channel crossing?
I’ve never been, and till the end of next year I’m planning to use Eurotunnel only. TIA.

Get out anytime you want as long as you have paid the ticket Its getting in thats the problem if you arrive late, you can use the Maison Dieu coach park in Dover for overnighting its floodlit has cameras and is overlooked by the Police station and it was free, now where did I put that ticket?

Might be an opportune time to remind motorhomers that according to the Council website, the Park and Ride services are all suspended w.e.f 31.03.2020.

Having said that, on reflection, I can't think why a motorhome would be able / need to, stay there at the present time.

There you go another bit of useless information - but maybe that lottery ticket is in one of the bins
