Last week in one of the daily papers there was an add for a new printer..

Instead of buying the cartridges when the ink run`s out you just top the reservoir up with the bottles that come with it.... and buy new bottles when need be..

Supposed to be tip-top printing..... and the bottles that come are guaranteed to print umpteen thousand black & white and colour...

I kept the add... but must have been thrown out..

They look ok for home use but very slow for business - I could imagine topping up the tanks could be a bit messy too

Hi Mo, inkexpress.co.uk have been doing a reservoir system (CISS) for quite a while now for Epson printers, I've not tried it personally but I have a friend who has it installed on his printer and he swears by it.

The CISS system looks good - not much more than a full set of cartridges so worth a go me thinks.

Yes, but at nearly £350 for the all in one version, that is an awful lot of compatible cartridges on a cartridge printer for well under £100.
