DFDS have promoted that off-peak offer for very many years but it hasn't been available for m/h's.
I've just done a test m/h booking for first week of March but it comes up as the usual c.£200 return fare.

Is that with or without the 20% discount?

About 4 years ago I got a return with the Motorhome for £79.

Where does the 20% discount come from? Frequent traveler or something?

With no Eurotunnel Frequent Traveller next year, it'll be my first choice. Eurotunnels rolling stock and booking in system is so troublesome these days. It all needs overhaulling.

Is it 40% if you’re an old bugger with a disability 😮

Travelling up from Devon and visiting friends in Chichester, we didn’t want to go as far as Dover or Folkestone to cross over, so Newhaven looked good and also suits our routing onwards in France.

I’ve just booked a couple of crossings with them - out on 21/04 and back on 16/06 - for 2 plus a standard MoHo comes in at £153.60. The same dates via the chunnel was over £100 dearer and P&O exactly £50 more.

A one-way in the middle of August was even better at £60.

I booked 15th may at 17.00 out back 1st July 12pm for £160.40. coming back for MOT
