This is an ACSI site which was full when we arrived a few weeks ago. However they have an aire at the front which is fine with all facilities. 19 euros a night. You can catch the small tourist tick tack taxi from right outside and it takes you to city centre they run every 20 mins or so

The Delft Hout site is nice but it depends what size pitch they give you, they gave us a tiny pitch which was dangerous as it was sticking right out into the road, even though I told them the size of our van. We complained and were moved to a massive pitch then , luckily one was available.

Have now emailed them to as if we could have the same 3 pitches as our last visit so that all our family could be in close proximity. Reply from them within a hour with a yes answer. Good service or what.

Packing everything needed into Nell tomorrow. Washing basket makes a good carrier. As does my wife. Ready for the off tomorrow. First stop Harwich.

We loved Delft, the fact that you can walk into town and loads of cycle routes from the campsite. (Like everywhere else in Netherlands I suppose). Also took a day trip to Amsterdam on the train.

Arrived back yesterday from Delft via Harwich.
All the family had a great time. Looks like the last holiday abroad all together. Grand kids getting older.
Sons and wives looking to elsewhere. Shame but thats life aint it.
