Delft parking (1 Viewer)

Hello folks,
We are heading to Delft tomorrow and hoping to stay at Camping Delftse Hout for our last night before catching the overnight ferry home from the Hoek. I'm going to ask if we can stay on the site until 6pm, which will allow us to spend the day in Delft, but if we can't, do any of you know of safe parking nearby?

A couple of years ago we just drove towards the city centre and found a free car park with plenty of space less than half a mile from the very centre.
Don't try to get right into the city centre as many of the streets are very narrow and parking prohibited on most of them anyway.
Bus services in Holland tend to be very good so if you take one of the main routes into the centre and see a decent car park even if it's a mile or two out, park up and get the bus.

Have fun. It's a lovely place. There's a huge market on in the main square every Thursday.

Hello again,
Here's an update of how we are getting on. We have booked into the site for a night on the overnight pitches outside of the main site. (€27) We have EHU, water and use of the on site facilities. We can stay later tomorrow at no extra cost.
