Delay in RFL fromDVLA

Whilst I appreciate these are difficult times, I Sorned my motorhome 27/12/2020. Still have not received my cheque. First enquiry stated they had issued one but not received so would issue it again, still no cheque, anyone else had the same problem.

No to be honest and we sorn multiple company vehicles as we dispose...usually 3 weeks at moment

Part exchanged my car and the tax was returned within a few days .
