We have just done the deal on our first M/H, currently have a VW T25 Westfalia California.
We have gone for a 2012 Swift Sundance 590Rs, with a few extra's; bike rack, swivel passenger seat and 85w sola panel. It also have the drivers pack. Only done 2,000 miles, it's like new. You may have worked out that we are very pleased with our purchase.

Just need to work out what we may need, any suggestions or being pointed in the direction would be welcome.

I know I need a hose to fill on-board water, is a coiled type best and if so what length.

Sorry bout that, well done, I just use a length of ordinery garden hose, all this b***ocks about food grade this an that, never died yet

Sounds like you have got yourself a good MH there will be lots you "think" you need but just take your time and see what you actually need as you go along
With regards hose I carry 3 at different lengths and connectors to join all to gether if needed
First one was normal garden hose ( dont drink from fresh water tank)
Then added one of these ones that expands and when bought new MH came with a 7.5mtr flat hose and can now connect up to about 30mtr if needed
We also got a 2012 MH but with 3000 miles so some goods vans about if you just keep your eyes open

I just carry a good length of garden hose aprox 15ft. I don't worry about food grade and as has been said before.....we are still alive
