Amongst the less glamorous tasks involved in motorhoming is when draining the grey water which involves getting on all fours and reaching under the skirt to turn the drain tap. No more4! I have reached an age when rummaging around under skirts no longer holds any interest! (Ooh-er). I sent for a bit of kit off E-bay which, by use of a remote on the keyring, opens and closes a valve to empty it. It works a treat and from quite a distance if need be. I am very pleased with it. :dance2:?

Posh , we have to get in the cab and move a switch.

That sounds rather useful, any chance of a link to the bits you brought?

Sounds exactly what I want :)

How long did you spend on all fours fitting it? :D

:D actually a lot of time was on my back! I spent more time linking it to the electrics. An afternoon well spent now it's done. (y)

I look at it this way...As long as I can get down on my knees and undo a tap...I am alive and well. If...I have to give in to the remote control and set it to control my life in all aspects of it..I need my gun!

Now...please do not look at this as a dig at anyone...just a need for knowing that i am still capable and that is all!

I was going to show off and tell you. "My Burstner" ? already has one as standard (y) BUT I dont have a remote just a button ?
Look on the bright side, if you fit a camera you don't have to move from the driving seat to dump.:D

We have one fitted to our Hymer. It is really useful.

The only way we can remember which opens and which closes is to chant “f£&k OFF to grey waste” “ON we go”.

Apparently the 2020 N&B range has a knob on the dashboard that turns down wifey volume
... but as a man you'll never find it and and won't read the manual to see where it is either! :roflmto:

Just bought a bessecarr best thing on it is the dump valve switch lol
