Rally Chat DATE CHANGE FOR WHITBY GOTH RALLY (1 Viewer)

Unfortunately the goth rally has changed from Thursday 25th October to Friday 26th October.time 5.30
As this rally is prebooked in advance, the school holiday for October this year breaks up on Friday 26th October and not 19th October. ( College only just realised they break up 26th and not advised me)
WE CANNOT GET ON THE COLLEGE GROUNDS UNTIL 5.30 ON FRIDAY 26th
IF YOU CANNOT NOW ATTEND THIS RALLY PLEASE LET ME KNOW ON THE GOTH RALLY THREAD, NOT ON RALLY CHAT.

I have contacted the College today and we can stay on site for Sunday night if there enough people interested.
Please let me know here if you would want to stay on Sunday 28th October and leave Monday morning.

Hi Each
Thanks for adding us to the Whitby rally. Unfortunately we have to cancel. We are of course disappointed but as we have to travel so far from Liverpool & were planning three days there before travelling on the Sunday across to Portsmouth for ferry it means by not arriving till the friday night will only give us one full day.
We totally understand that the change in date & arrival time is totally out of your control.
We do apologise and hope it will give someone else a chance. Hopefully under the circumstances you will keep us in mind for next year
