Dash carpet

Hello only just joined the fun having bought a hymer been touring whith a small van for years now feel all grown up I'm looking for a replacement dash carpet (I think it's called that ?) For a hymer 680 1999 any info would be most welcome

Dash? Or do you mean Footwell Carpet?, any chance of a picture, then someone will no doubt have a better chance of steering you in the right direction.

I have the dash carpet in my old Hymer -
Looks great - was in when I bought it but was advised carpet shop did it but ideally they like a pattern to cut to right size.

I’d take a picture but it’s dark and cold !

I don't like the dark and cold!
The forecast shows it will be light in the morning but still cold.

Our Hymer has a carpet on the dash which is now quite light and we get a lot of reflection on the windscreen. To over come this we have a couple of dark coloured micro fibre towels on the dash.

Mine has a nice black fabric on the dash

Ignore the wet patch I left a wet sponge on it after cleaning windscreen

One of my winter jobs to strip off all dash and side carpets and seat surrounds .(it's glued down) and a light biege .
Using the old ones for pattern ,cut new carpet,darker .
Then have it whipped by local carpet company .
Then replace it all using contact adhesives .Tretabond .
