Dartford Crossing Website Access. (1 Viewer)

I prepaid for 2 crossings a few days ago. I attempted to access the website today to check if they were in the system but after entering the FJ ref number and the motorhome reg no. I only got an error page. Could I ask if anyone has prepaid for crossings to check if there is a problem with the website.

I went in through the "Sign in to your account" link on This Page.

Sorry, I can't do that as I don't have a payment reference being an account holder.

I just checked my account using that site and told no record, no credit, and no usage WTF ?????????????
I lodged Car and MH. will look further

Hang on that is the DART TAG site now defunct. or maybe not I'm confused now.

"Dart Tag" is defunct. The 'new' site is called Dart Charge.
Apologies if you already know this.

Can't help on the above either because I, too have an account.

All sorted now. Must have had a senior moment. When it requested I enter the ref no with suffix FJ i entered the ref no starting with FJ. Just entering the ref no gave me access to the correct information. Thanks to everyone for their replies
