Beware the the LEZ is still active unless expressly mentioned ( it doesn't seem so as it is not in the text of the notice) So the diversion is around the western side for non compliant vehicles.
£500 penalty for up to 3500kg £1000 over that weight. Check first it may be suspended but I think that the prospect of several hundred penalties is very attractive to Boris' mob.

On the web page it does say:

A clearly signed diversion route will be in place via the A2, A102 (Blackwall Tunnel) and A13.

The Blackwall tunnel has a height restriction of 4.0m (13’0”) northbound, 4.7m (15’6”) southbound and is classed as ‘ADR Category E’ for hazardous goods. Any vehicles above these height restrictions or carrying dangerous goods will be diverted via the western section of the M25.

Surely that encompasses many goods vehicles that are not LEZ compliant ? ( I really have no idea !)
