Longitude 131 , they have star gazing cocktails at 7 pm each evening , awesome , give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

That's going on the bucket list. A little more than a couple of hours from Hertfordshire though...

Not sure of the distance, but Foxholes campsite in Bishops Castle, Shropshire has the darkest skies that I have seen.

That's not too bad being 3.5hrs away, but, not far from SILs in Telford who has a T5, so will consider

Hartland in Devon is pretty dark!
