hi there
just had my rollerteam 600g in for it's first habitation service.
took it to crossleys coachcraft at leyland.
they found damp under 3 windows around 23%
damp over the fixed bed 23% to 40%
damp in the garage at the bottom of the doors 23% to 40%
and damp at the side of the habitation door 40%.
crossleys advised me to go to supplying dealer and show the report.
been to supplying dealer (emm-bee ) today (17th) they said they would write a report and send to autotrail.
just got to wait and see.

well at least you have managed to get on to it in time. In my experience Trigano, (who are the company importers of rollerteam, ci and others) are pretty decent in sorting all these probems providing everything is in order. OUr previous CI had a spot of damp too.

Also in more good news, I personally found embees a really decent bunch of people, allbeit I was trying too buy, but I would of done if they gave me a decent enough deal.

Hi I have not personally bought of that dealer but a friend did, he as had troubles BUT all sorted by the dealer. Hope this gives you some reassurance.:thumb::thumb: Peter

just to let you all know the vans going in on monday to have 3 windows sealed the two garage doors sealed, and part of the roof at the back sealed.
job being done under warranty by crossleys of leyland.
the supplying dealer when i took it back to them said that the damp would get better when it warms up.
let you all know how i get on

bessie's back

picked bessie up today.
had all the jobs done under warranty by crossleys coachcraft of leyland.
they have done a superb job 3 windows sealed
the 2 garage doors sealed
habitation door sealed
the roof rails taken off and re-sealed.
the join between the lower skirt and the main body sealed (it wasn't before).

i have nothing but praise for crossleys and also for AUTOTRAIL who have been superb and very understanding in this matter.

getting ready now to go on the continent for 7 weeks shortly (can't wait)
