But I've got a nice new window for it 👌😎
Always wanted a toilet window, we had one in the caravan but Ann wouldn't let me do it.

Stuart is coming round tomorrow to hold the outer part in while I get the screws in. It's great quality with fly screen and blind frame to go on after.

Hope you measured twice. But as above, very brave.

Guess you will have to inform your insurance company ?

I measured about 5 times with 2 different tape measures and a 600mm ruler 😁 just in case one wasnt calibrated 😂

Yes I'll mention it to the insurance company, they'll probably just note it down like they did with the scooter rack.

I fitted an Omnivent in the roof of our Hymer. Measured inside then outside, then inside, then outside. Eventually plucked up the courage to drill a 2mm hole through the roof. Phew!!! exactly in the right place. I still have the square of insulated roof out in one of the barns, not sure why.

Great modification! I think I see that the window glass is opaque?! Even with this, you need to take care. My van has a normal bathroom window that I opened marginally while showering on a carpark style site and after a run the other weekend. I got a 'oh! hello' from the lady in the adjacent van while soaping up.. they were doing some repair or other and had all their garage out on their door (my bathroom) side and were buzzing around. I think the window might have been open a bit much!!! I just said hello back and wondered how I could get the meagre shower curtain to cover the door, loo and window all at the same time without becoming like a plastic tube!

Nice job. You don't do extensions too? Cos if you do I need another 8 inches.

Yeah mozzies always find a way but it should keep the meat flies out, can't use fly spray or air freshener now I've got bod with me 😍

On my very first trip when I started motorhoming an elderly (and very deaf) lady pulled onto the pitch close beside me. She had a parrot and all day long it swore a range of dreadful obscenities. It only shut up at night when she put a sheet over its cage.

Send a photo to Elddis, they might take you on as a design consultant!

The window can be locked in the slightly open or fully closed position using the red rocker 👌

It's branded as an Adventurer window, never heard of them.
Maybe a Jackson leisure badge engineered thing as the instructions were a bit chinglish. Very well made though.

Googled the model number and it's made by Longkou Yongan Vehicle Window Co Ltd in China. Again, never heard of them.
They also make vehicle doors, steps and tables.
