I recently had a problem with a sensor on the waste tank telling me to empty it when it was already empty. After contacting the manufacturer and getting advice (being a numpty) I had to arrange for it to go into their workshop yesterday. I arrived to be met with a happy smiling face a huge cup of coffee and a warm pleasant place to wait while the van was checked over and the fault made good (20 mins). As I bought privately and didnt get a full handover the workshop staff took me through all my concerns and answered everything I wanted to know. Now in these days of low expectations about motorhome customer relations I feel it only right to applaud the staff and management at WILDAX in Halifax. Thanks for all your help even down to being given a phone number to call if needed.
