Curious Non Starter / Metatrak error (1 Viewer)

I've started to get occasional errors reported on the metatrak app. It's only recently started.
The errors / notifications say "ID TAG NOT FOUND"
Any ideas what is going on?

I have the backup remote fob - it's been coded to the van ( about 8 months ago) and hidden in the van. Never been used in anger, so I don't think it is likely to be a low battery in it.

When a change has been made, either an update, or you reloading the App or a change to the account, the ID tag alert has been left on.

The Non Starter doesn‘t use the ID Tag as you immobilisation comes from your Smart phone, so it doesn’t need it

Email MetaTrak and they will turn the notification off again

Or, email us and we will get it done for you.
