i read rencently that some body had purchested a cruise control system for £50 any ideas who it was and if its any good
cruise control Hi Ollie I cannot remember the company that sells this one, but what I can tell you is that it is NOT a proper cruise control. From what I remember of the post it is basically a cable that is attached to the throttle lever in the under bonnet area with some kind of electronic locking/release control. It basically works, but does not keep your speed at what ever you set it at as in a proper cruise control. It only keeps the revs at what ever setting you have set it at. I am sure someone will be along and give you a link to the original post. Also I think it can only be used on older pre fly by wire throttles. Actually, aren't you supposed to look where you're going, otherwise it might turn out to be very expensive indeed.......
