Slowly making our way through Croatia and found many of the ACSI sites next to the water FULL or really packed, but found this site which only opened this year, only ourselves and 1 tent on site, spotless toilets etc, 15euros a night, going on the scooter into Sibenik tomorrow.

Camp Sani is a small family run campsite situated only 250 metres from the sea in a peaceful part of Brodarica, and only 5 kilometres from the old town of Šibenik. There are regular bus lines which connect the city with the campsite.
Surrounded by pine and olive trees, Camp Sani offers accommodation on 10 pitches all equipped with electricity and water connections, as well as modern sanitary facilities and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. Close to the campsite can be found a grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants all offering both traditional and Dalmatian dishes.
Just 20 kilometres from the camp is the city of Primošten and also around 20 kilometres away is the city of Vodice where numerous late-night bars can be found. For nature lovers there are three neighbouring national parks: Krka, Kornati and Paklenica

G'day!
We're considering a visit to Croatia with our 5th wheel RV around Jan/Feb 2015. Wondering if, on your travels to or through Croatia, you've encountered any Fivers. Ideally, we'd look for quite basic sites or even fields, etc.

I would expect many / most camp sites to be closed in Jan / Feb and the weather to be cold. I do not believe that it is well suited for winter visitors.
