Crit- air certificate info missing on V5 (1 Viewer)

Some advice please.
I am filling in the application form on the official French gov website
Having problem filling box where question is CO2(g/km) It states that this is V7 on your registration cert. My V5 doc has nothing recorded at V7. My Vehicle is 2500kg jUST NOTICED NOT MANDATORY!

I applied for mine this Easter weekend. I left the CO2 bit blank , same for euro rating as no info on the V5 present. Got my first email back immediately saying they were progressing it, then the second email on t(e next working day after bank holiday which said they were sending my C2 cert in the post and they included a PDF with a temporary C2 cert and Q code so I wouldn’t worry about it. I believe all they do is use the V5 for fuel type and date of registration! Hope this helps.

Just scan and attach the V5, they'll sort it out.

They require a very small file size for the scan. I did mine on black and white.

Blank CO2 worked fine for me. (Re Image size problem; I sent my image to a WhatsApp account - WhatsApp compresses it nicely.)

Got back from Palma to find my actual cert sticker had arrived at home so a fairly quick process. Blank CO2 and blank euro rating entered on website.

also, only sent a photo of page 2 of the V5.

They are incredibly efficient, no questions just get on with it. The dvla could learn a lot!
