Is anyone else having trouble completing the online form to obtain a sticker.
I’m sure that I’ve tried at least a dozen times today but am unable to get off the first page.

I did it but only after I discovered that towards the end, where they ask for emissions figures, that is not needed, because if omitted they will just go on the age of the vehicle.

Don't forget the legal requirement is only to have a sticker displayed.

Entry to a town or city is only restricted if the local authority has deemed pollution levels to be dangerous and banned vehicles of certain categories. AFAIK there have been no such restrictions imposed.

So if they get the category of vehicle wrong it is only going to affect you if you wanted to go into the one town that had put a restriction in place, on the day you were there.

I suspect that it is another of these French 'laws', like the personal breathalyzer, which will just drop into obscurity.

We had the same issue using Google chrome as the browser, then tried using safari as the browser & was ok.
May be worth a try.

Thanks all for your help.
Eventually determined that I had to save the photo of the V5 into my files as a jpg and then use it and not directly from photos, although in jpg format.

Ok, I've had a check.
Paris has a daytime ban in force for any vehicle with a sticker higher than a 3.
Lyon permanent ban for less than sticker 2
Reims this year sticker 3, next year 2.
