CRiS are apparently working on a vin/chip system for motorhomes announcement expected this spring.

Is this good or bad news. When we had an imported hobby caravan 15 ears ago they made it difficult to register personally imported caravans it seemed to be set up to make it easier to but a UK made caravan and hinder european imports.

It certainly should be consumer based and not subject to the whims of the UK Manufacturer or Dealer network who are biased against imports!
