Creating web link (1 Viewer)

Can someone tell me how I can create a link from a word in say a post so it highlights and if clicked on it goes to a website. Hope that makes sense.

Highlight the word you want to use in the text then enter the link address in the normal way.
Instead of the link address text showing it will highlight the word.

Enter the link address where when word is highlighted ?

After highlighting the word click on the paperclip/chain link icon on the toolbar.
Type or paste the link address in the URL box then click insert.
