Are most modern MH's fitted with an under vehicle drain for the grey water discharge and does this always require a drive-over discharge point?

Every one I have owned in the last umpteen years has a grey outlet for a drive over drain however most of us have alternatives for when the place they are staying only has a higher level emptying facility. The most obvious being a bucket, though I have a wheeled waste master as my outlet is a bit too close to the ground for a bucket.

Personally I avoid places with toilets and showers as I object to paying for facilities I don't use, and it does put the prices up as they need constant maintenance. EHU I don't mind so much as at least it can save a bit of gas.
