Plans can include: a little sewing - small interesting projects, knitting (socks), shawls, crochet, maybe a bit of watercolour painting. Help and advice available but am no tutor.

Lovely walks for inspiration not to mention Westonbirt arboretum is nearby.

I was just like to point out after helping out at a few of our rallies at Woodside Field last year, Sugarnan has decided to have a go organising her own Fun Rally. This is a very brave thing to do especially as it is a themed craft event. If you like your sewing, knitting, crochet even painting please show your interest below, no need to be shy.

As some of us are already there on the 14-18 July, could you not bring it forward a week and then some might be persuaded to stay on site for the full period? Just a thought? :unsure:

It's a great thought, but I can't do that - family are expecting to host a family birthday dinner :D
Not only that, the dates 28 -1st are the ones Quackers gave me......perhaps to allow the site to "rest" ?

I caanot offer any alternatives for me as booked for Bridlington, Newbury, Malvern, Pershore Plum and Highlands End!

thanks, I finally found out how to add this to the "rallies calendar" :D

What my pc wasn't originally letting me see is that at the bottom of the page, you enter the details of dates/location etc :roflmto:

Now I need to find out "how to add a "discussion" tab to the rally - hints & tips please - anyone?

p.s. also noticed despite correct postcode, the map shown is for a different location.

Looking at the other two Rally posts, I see that Myra has just gone for Old Sodbury, so the pin on google maps is also a little off, down the bottom of the hill.
Clive has put just Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire and the postcode and pin is correctly positioned
So my conclusion is that you need to remove the Woodsidefield Motorhome Park bit as google has decided it is a caravan park and picked up the nearest it found !

My next bit of detective work shows me that you have put this in the section Rally planning discussion, rather than scheduled rally
Changing that might sort you out.
Dont ask me how to change it, you might have to copy and paste your original description and add again as a new scheduled rally.

I have removed the description of Woodside field......map shows correct now (y)
