Well its not been so good a winter weather wise until now, but I think we are back to normal. Its cracking the flags here this morning and its not 10 oclock yet. Shorts are on and am off out shortly to get the last minute Christmas shopping done. Its a hard life, but someone has to help the Spanish economy.

Beautiful winters morning, we are off to do a bit of Xmas shopping up to LA Marina once SWMBO has the washing on the line, missed you a Roy's yesterday Dave it was lovely and warm in the sun and out of the breeze.I think it may be a Cadillac / Zodiac and Heartbreak day tomorrow believe the Blues Brothers will be on at 4:30.

Was in Roys later for my G&T as I got stuck in a Jamon bar in old town. Will try and get past it tomorrow and see you in Cadillac. If not down at the Blues Bros.

Flying home Christmas Eve to spend the big day with the family.

We are in Javea just up the coast.

After the great fire that meant 1,400 people had to be evacuated and lots of destruction. It destroyed our and many other gardens and caused many others to lose their homes. We had the Winter storms recently that caused floods lower down in the towns. We finally get back to the sunshine. I think it is set to change a little yet.

We cam via Brittany Ferries to Bilbao. The crew are on-board in dock from 23rd-26th December !

En-Route we had a Fuel leak and a puncture, we eventually arrived on Friday night. More of our Family were here already as they flew, the rest arrive next week.

Its lovely here too. Our house is slightly elevated so a slight breeze can kill the sun-kiss.

Last night we planned a BBQ but it clouded over and wind picked up.

Forecast 22c today, but rain tea time.

But sunny rest of week, so the Xmas BBQ will only be 2 or 3 days late.

Several days of clear blue skies and sunshine here in Alcocober....been a great bonus for our first christmas in Spain. Stopping on site for the New Year although the local restaurant is already fully booked so will make a special effort on the van cooker for a New Years Eve scoff.
