1. Does anyone have any suggestions for repairing the cracks in our Pilote G741 dash?

2. Does anyone know how it should be fixed at the front end?

Hi , don’t know if this would work but worth a try,,Captain Tolleys,,,I’ve used it on the overhead cab window and was fine, it work by bonding plastic together by cappillery action, it’s thinner than water,,,worth a try though,, good luck👍

If you can get it out I might be tempted the reinforce the back of the cracks with some plastic and a car body panel adhesive then just cover the top side with a van lining carpet.

Could be a heads-up to the rest of us to keep the blinds closed in summer to help stop cracking like the OP's.

I have seen what the Florida sun can do to a car dashboard. Split from front to back and ended up in two halves. UV light damages plastics.

Sorry I don't know the best fix. I've used Humbrol Poly Cement on some plastics but the result tends to look a bit messy and doesn't hold forever.
