Ignoring Quaranine restrictions what happens after quarantine?

I may elect/have to come to UK.

I have researched gov.uk websites, but cannot find what Tier restrictions apply to anyone entering UK.

If bound by quarantine rules I assume one is allowed to travel to a selected quarantine area. Does that mean that in a MH, with no UK place of residence, one can elect to go to the lowest Tier area, e.g. Cornwall?

If not bound by quarantine rules, e.g. from certain countries, is one bound by the Tier rules at point of entry? So differing maybe between Harwich and Dover.

It is the place you are normally resident at. So in effect, if you choose Cornwall, that’s the restrictions you are in.

I don’t think you will be welcome in Cornwall at the moment, I would head for a tier 2 area not tier 1.

Why would he wish to voluntarily go to a place where he is more likely to catch the virus.

If isolating for two weeks as required by the rules there is no risk to others.
