Covid test in Portugal

Hi Hope someone can help, has anyone had a covid test done in Portugal, as a friend staying in Serpa has been run round the houses trying to get one all the places they have tried no go. Been on the nett made phone calls no luck so if anyone has had one even if in the Algarve a contact number or address would be great.
