Could do with a bit of phone help please..

I have an older Samsung phone which has a number of video's that I don't want to loose. My problem is that When attempting to view these video's I get a message....( Couldn't connect to Samsung cloud server to play video try again ) Any help or ideas in how to view, transfer or copy these video's to another phone or pc would be much appreciated. The phone is I think a Samsung S8 and it has a Three chip still installed...Thanks......

Not an expert but maybe a clue? Is your 3 sim still active i.e. can you still connect with it? It looks like your vids are maybe stored in the 3 "Cloud" so you need to be "live" to do anything with them.

Alternatively, Samsung have a way of transferring photos, see Link here. Also you might try just connecting your phone via a suitable USB data cable (not the recharge, I don't think that works) and use Explorer to see if you can access it as another drive the just transfer as you would any other file.
