Limited feedback on here about Corsica so I though I'd ask to see if anyone has any experience there ? ferry crossing info would also be appreciated.

I've been told it's on our list of places to go so I guess someone should do the homework:whistle:

Thanks for that.

Yes going on to Sardinia and then Rome may work out quite well.

We have been to both islands on bikes, Moby Lines, Corsica Ferries and SNCM were all good to deal with. The Italian ferry from Civitavecchia to Cagliari was a pain to book, they do not seem to care if they have passengers on board or not. If you need to book that route, I would go through Aferry and let them have the hassle. The ramps on the ferries can be steep and getting in/out of Bonifacio can be a challenge but the journey to St Theresa is worth it, make sure you see Bonifacio from the ferry.

We took a 36' RV to Corsica about eight years ago. We went from Nice

The only problem that we encountered was having to reverse onto the ferry on the return leg.

Lovely Country, fantastic beaches, and superb food to be sampled.

All great feedback, :thumb:

Found that there's 4 France Passion sites as well.

Aires seem limited and some not always open, looks like they want you in a camp site which is OK although If you've just spent €500 on the return ferry then it starts to get expensive. Did find this site though and it looks good and not too expensive, think we extend to a couple of nights:

Ferry looks like around €550 return:whatthe: and can't seem to find it cheaper but haven't given up hope yet.
