Another gorgeous day of cloudless skys but it aint half hot.

Beautiful but soooo hot. I went for a run this morning and when I git back I used the garden hose to make a shower....it was lovely and so cooling.

No. We have a static in Hafan y Mor we rent out! Just doing a changeover for new bods tomorrow.

It was hot at lunch time. I made the mistake of having a chocolate biscuit after my butties. It was a yucky mess when I tried to open it. Muttly had a great time liking it out of the wrapper.
It has cooled down a lot this afternoon. I have closed the front windows because it was chilly sat in the front room with a through draft. It will probably rain now I have watered the hanging baskets and tubs.

As my late Granddad used to say when he visited us here in Surrey, from Ayrshire, this place must be close to Hell!
I will never forget that, he could be right, especially this whole week, I cant walk barefoot outside on the patio or paths, or touch the brickwork walls, they are too hot! Temp gauge on patio says 45 degrees again!
Cant sleep at night either without the whirring of the ceiling fan, speed 3 flat out, in the bedroom.
Phew! just out the shower & soaked again within minutes.
