Trying to find out what this means on my control panel, the van isn’t on hook up & the solar panel is disconnected ?

Don’t know your control panel but if that was on mine it would mean I’m using 1.4 amps on lights etc, mine says 0.6 at the moment.

0.2 of that of that is the control panel and the other 0.4 is two LED lights we have on.

Sometimes, the current isn't measured by a proper shunt and it needs calibrating to read an actual zero. Not sure if this applies in your case. Another alternative is that you haven't quite managed to switch everything off.

If the current is preceded by a '+' sign it indicates a charge. A '-' sign indicates a discharge.

Have you turned of the fridge and heater control circuit boards... Not that you can turn them off without totally isolating the battery.
Every little drain adds up to a bigger drain.
