I am plugged into home electricity
 
Vehicle battery at 12.7v does not appear to be charging, assumed it would be on mains.
 
13.2 v on the hab batteries looks like the float voltage which is on the low side. Normally 13.6-13.8v.
What type of batteries do you have?
 
why are you not using the built in charger on the leisure batteries? I can understand charging the cab battery using a separate charger

you would of been most welcome, but I am not in Weymouth, I am near Bournemouth
